‘We are all on this planet together’: A video from a meeting of the ‘world’s richest’ to discuss their wealth and the climate

Share this article Share It’s the latest example of a global group of wealthy people taking an aggressive stance on climate change, while simultaneously avoiding the public eye.

In a video shared by the billionaire brothers Peter and Charles Koch, the billionaire leaders are seen discussing the dangers of climate change.

The video shows the brothers and their wife, Rebekah, discussing the climate crisis in Australia, which has been hit hard by the heatwaves and droughts that have become increasingly common across the globe.

“We have a very small population here in Australia and so we know we can do what we need to do to help,” Peter Koch tells his fellow billionaires.

“It’s about being smart and doing things that are not as big as they look.”

In the video, Charles Koch says Australia will not be able to weather the impacts of climate changes, saying, “We have to make a decision.”””

And the longer that’s going to happen, the worse it is going be.”

“Climate change is a serious problem.

It’s going on.

So it’s not just a matter of us saying we don’t want to deal with it, it isn’t just a question of us not having a plan, it has to be done.””

It’s going up, it’s going down, it will continue to get worse.”

Charles Koch and Rebekh Koch are not alone in making the climate change issue a central theme in their private discussions.

The billionaire brothers and Rebh Koch have previously discussed the impact of climate denial on the United States, which is also suffering from a drought and wildfires.

Charles Koch has called for President Donald Trump to step down in a video that was uploaded to his Facebook page.

“The only thing we have to do is stop this climate change bullshit,” the video says.

“I hope the president does this.

He can stop this bullshit.

I’m not saying it is right or wrong, but he should stop this shit.””

It is a threat to the United State.

And we will make sure we are prepared to fight it.”

President Donald Trump and his family were at the centre of a firestorm of controversy when they said in January that global warming was not man-made.

Mr Trump, who is also a billionaire, later admitted he had been mistaken and called climate change a hoax.
