It plans to create a virtual support team, including counselors, support staff and a social media support team.
People with anxiety can also share their experience with therapists, the post said.
Social anxiety can be triggered by events that are traumatic or stressful.
The symptoms can range from feelings of isolation, difficulty communicating with others, social isolation and feelings of anxiety.
The problem is often exacerbated by a lack of social connections and connections to others, the website said.
Some people may feel they are not in touch with their friends and family.
