The Internet is the next great disruptive technology.
We’ve seen some big names take advantage of this disruptive power: Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon are all building platforms that harness the power of the Internet to power their services.
This is just the start.
In the coming years, as we look to the future of computing, we need to look at the Internet of things (IoT) as the next big business.
And, like many of these other new technologies, it could be a game changer for business and society.
The Internet and IoT are a global phenomenon, with a global market worth $6 trillion and counting.
While many of the trends in IoT are being driven by government and business, there are a lot of opportunities in the IoT space for innovation and growth.
We want to highlight five trends that could be key to unlocking these opportunities for business growth in IoT.
Use of cloud computing to accelerate IoT innovation and market penetration 1.1 IoT is growing exponentially.
In 2014, there were approximately 11 billion connected devices in the world.
Today, there have been more than a billion IoT devices in use.
And the number of connected devices is only expected to increase.
For example, there will be an estimated 100 million connected devices by 2020, up from around 20 million devices in 2015.2.
Cloud computing is a huge driver of IoT growth.
The Cloud is the backbone of IoT innovation.
In 2016, there was a $2.9 trillion market value of IoT connected devices.3.
In addition to the massive growth in connected devices, there is a tremendous amount of IoT data and applications.
In 2015, there grew to be more than 1.4 trillion IoT-connected devices.4.
By 2020, there should be nearly $10 trillion in IoT-enabled businesses.5.
There are several different types of IoT devices: sensors, cameras, wireless devices, automotive, gaming, security, IoT hardware, and more.
The IoT ecosystem is expected to continue to grow in the next 10 years, but we need all of us to take a collective approach and leverage IoT’s growing potential.
How IoT will impact the Internet 1.2 IoT will create an incredible opportunity for business in many areas of the economy.
There’s no question that the Internet has changed our world.
It has empowered entrepreneurs, enabled innovation and opened up access to more information.
However, the Internet also creates new opportunities for companies that provide service and commerce to the connected world.
For instance, in 2017, Amazon announced that they are launching an IoT platform, Amazon IoT, that will enable customers to connect and interact with their Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Prime.
The platform is designed to help merchants and retailers to offer services to connected devices without needing to build or operate physical physical infrastructure.
For the first time, Amazon has opened up their platforms to IoT customers.
Amazon is taking the opportunity to offer an entire ecosystem of IoT services that is already being built.
Amazon Alexa, Amazon Appstore, Amazon Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Mobile, Amazon Payments, Amazon Weather, and Amazon Video are just a few examples.3rd-party IoT devices can also be used in new and exciting ways.
For many of us, we already own a smart home.
In fact, most of us own one of the connected devices that we use in our homes.
But, most people don’t have the necessary hardware and software to connect their smart devices to the Internet.
The Amazon Echo, Alexa, Alexa Dot, and Echo Dot are just two examples of the IoT devices that are now available for IoT customers to use.
These IoT devices have the ability to control a wide variety of smart devices.
The Echo, for example, can be controlled remotely by anyone on the Internet or anywhere in the room, and can connect to the Amazon Cloud and Amazon TV streaming service.
Alexa is also a great way to connect to a large group of IoT users in a single place.4th-party devices are also gaining traction.
Smart TVs are increasingly being used as connected devices to deliver video to the entire home.
Smart home products like Hue, the SmartThings SmartWatches, and the Wink home security system are just some of the products that use IoT to control these connected devices remotely.5th- and 6th-generation IoT devices are growing in popularity as well.
For starters, Amazon recently announced their new Fire TV, which will be the world’s first 4K TV with a 4K resolution.
The Fire TV 4K is an extremely popular device, as it is capable of streaming 4K content at 60 frames per second.
The 4K Fire TV has been in development for a while now and is expected for release in 2019.
In 2019, there’s an estimated 60 million 4K devices connected to the IoT ecosystem.
The Alexa Dot is a powerful IoT device that will be available for the Amazon Alexa smart speaker in 2019 as well as other connected devices such
